HUGO Boss
Goal
Create awareness for the new Hugo Boss fragrance Hugo by executing an international campaign for an online street art contest.
What I Did
- Visualized ideas and curated the artists and artwork
- Event concept, planning and execution
- Local PR (print and online)
Result
Branding for HUGO generated an unprecedented level of attention online, on the HUGO Create website. The contest winners were flown to Berlin and had an unforgettable day with street art pioneer Blek le Rat and other street artists based in Berlin. A year later, a winner even sent a photo to thank those responsible for the wonderful experience she had.

Iittala
Goal
Iittala is a company from Finland that designs crockery, cutlery and vases, ceramic and glass products. Following a proactive introduction, I consulted the store in Berlin on how to create more awareness and make the Iittala brand more attractive to young customers. The solution was simple: we put on a breakfast in the shop window, where customers could also have their morning meal.
What I Did
- Developed an integrated retail concept
- Visualized ideas
- Event planning and execution
Result
Sales doubled on the day of the breakfast window display event. On a random summer day, the campaign drew more passers-by into the store to experience the Iittala product range than usually – with many becoming part of the campaign and having their breakfast in the window. The event was very popular and still is, with Iittala offering window display breakfasts, not only in Berlin, but around Germany too. Images of the event were used in various marketing channels.
Formula Zero, Amsterdam
Goal
Help create awareness for hydrogen-based fuel cell technology through a Formula Zero race. The vehicles that took part in the race all used fuel cells – to promote hydrogen as a potential solution for sustainable mobility.
What I Did
- Strategic consulting for Rotterdam Climate Initiative
- Budgeting
- Projectmanagement
Result
The race was a great success on many levels. Various universities around the world developed vehicles to take part in the first Formula Zero race in Rotterdam. The international press picked up on the event and gave it broad coverage. The first race was followed by other similar events in Holland and Spain.
